More Than a Backdrop
Blob Opera began as a holiday experiment with optional seasonal songs. Google later created a world-tour version and described locations including Cape Town, London, Mexico City, New York, Paris, and Seoul. The set of places visible in the hosted experience may change, so a fixed three-city list is not reliable.
How Preset Songs Work
Google's descriptions mention songs such as seasonal classics, 'Frère Jacques,' and 'La Bamba.' Presets demonstrate a prepared performance rather than revealing how the machine-learning models were trained. Controls and song availability belong to the Google-hosted interface and can be revised without this fan site changing.
Learning from Presets
Use a preset as a listening reference: identify the highest and lowest parts, notice repeated gestures, and compare the prepared version with free play. Avoid treating the animation as a formal score or assuming that every visible movement maps to a documented composition rule.
